This was such a fun interior design project to photograph! Nancy Lane Interiors just recently completed such a stunning interior design project for a sweet little family of four and had asked me to capture some interior design photos for her, and of course, I said yes! The Humble House project had a modern transitional style that was the perfect fit for this sweet family, and Nancy was able to incorporate some special heirloom items that belonged to her clients too!
The front entryway features an old church pew that belonged to the client’s father. This piece of furniture has been in the family for generations. It serves as a reminder of the past while also fitting perfectly into the modern design of the home! In the loft area, Nancy displayed her client’s collection of vintage metal records. This unique collection adds a touch of personality to the space.
Nancy also had several photographs that had sentimental meaning to her client’s custom printed and framed artwork around the home. These pieces are not only beautiful but also meaningful, making them an important part of the overall design! I love how Nancy added such personal touches and personality to her interior design project for this family. At Nancy Lane Interiors she’s known for marrying “personality with practicality and bridging the gap between timeless style and modern lifestyles”. And this is exactly what she did for the Humble House project!
What I loved most about this interior design project photoshoot with Nancy was seeing the before and afters of her project and the incredible transformation she achieved with this beautiful home. It is truly mind-blowing and was so much fun capturing each and every detail. If you know me, you know that the kitchen is one of my favorite rooms to capture and the kitchen interior for this home was spectacular. It was so spacious and had gorgeous quartz for the countertops, the backsplash, and a beautiful black island. I truly was in awe of how beautiful this kitchen was especially after seeing it before.

Overall, Nancy did an amazing job on this interior design project. The modern transitional style fits perfectly with the family’s lifestyle, and Nancy was able to incorporate some special heirloom items that added a personal touch to the home. From the old church pew in the front entryway to the vintage metal records in the loft area, this house is full of unique details that make it truly one-of-a-kind!
Capturing Nancy Lanes Interior design project was the best time. It was such a smooth-flowing full-day shoot even though we were hustling! So excited to see what more Nancy has in store in the future.
