As an interior design photographer, I recently had the pleasure of shooting a stunning kitchen renovation by Sarah Becker Design, a Houston interior designer. Her clients had moved into their home with the intention of eventually upgrading. But as home prices soared, they decided to focus on addressing the areas that weren’t serving their growing family. The kitchen renovation was the first phase in creating a home that they love!
Sarah’s design transformed the kitchen without requiring invasive construction. Which was so incredible to me! The original cabinetry was kept, but the dated island was replaced. This gave the space a beautiful transformation that changed how the kitchen functioned for the family. The island details and stunning statement island lights were just the beginning of what made this kitchen renovation so special.
Kitchen Interior Design Photography
One of Sarah’s favorite features of the kitchen is what she calls the buffet area. The beautiful marble backsplash with floral detail and putting screen panels on the center cabinets added so much elegance to the space. Sarah did an incredible job styling and preparing the space for photos before I arrived. This made the photoshoot flow so smoothly. It was just a matter of moving items in or out of the frame to capture each detail of the home.
