Capturing Good Day Guest House Houston interior design photography was one for the books! Good Day Guest House is a beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bathroom historic home in Brenham, Texas that has a designer’s touch and amazing attention to detail. Good Day Guest House has a historical touch and is upgraded with all the modern conveniences you need in a home! Not only that but, it’s centrally located in Brenham where you can relax, explore, and enjoy all that Brenham has to offer. Whether that’s local dining at Las Americas, exploring beautiful Chapelton Vineyards, or experiencing the nightlife at Floyd’s Wine Lounge.
As soon as I walked into Good Day Guest House I was in complete awe! The overall design of the space was the perfect blend of calming white space with elegant finishes, fun pops of color, and little touches of whimsy throughout! These ladies truly went all out in both the interior design of the space and the styling and staging of the space for photos. Which is an important aspect to consider when getting interior design photography taken for any vacation rental or any interior design project! Staging can make a big difference!
Staging can really add life to the photos. From being just a room, it gives the impression the room is being used, the best kind of staging makes it look like someone just walked out of the space. It allows you to highlight the home’s best features and demonstrate the home’s potential. It has a huge impact on how guests will see your short-term vacation rental as well as provide your readers and potential clients an insight into what it would look like if they booked your vacation rental or interior design services. You know all those lovely details you put so much time and thought into when designing your client’s project or decorating your short-term rental? Those details are what set you apart! My interior photo sessions are all about showing off the exquisite extras. And this is what we did for Good Day Guest House!
You could just picture guests enjoying each of the spaces because the styling just brought it all to life! Each room was well-lit and had soaring ceilings, designer furniture that caught your eye, from the pink chairs and the comfy brown leather couch, you can just picture sitting down burying your face in a book for hours. And don’t get me started on the the touches of whimsy throughout the home, there was pops of color everywhere which I truly enjoyed! Color always brings out joyous energy.
I also loved how the Good Day Guest House vacation rental had an oversized back patio with a cornhole set. The owners and interior designer knew what they were doing when they designed this home, each part of the home helps you envision yourself there! You want clients, customers, and possible guests to imagine the moments and memories that are possible within the space you’ve designed. Interior photography is about telling a story and building an emotional experience – not just showing wide-angle views and impersonal images and I’m so glad I could capture that for Good Day Guest House vacation rental.
