Jake and Jordan were married last weekend at the beautiful Carriage House Houston venue in Conroe, Texas, surrounded by their friends and family. From exchanging special gifts for each other before the ceremony to sharing a private final dance with the lights down low, this wedding was not only absolutely beautiful but definitely one full of emotion.
