I’m really loving shooting business branding photography for different creative small business owners! Mrs. Bessie Bakes, AKA Elizabeth was such a blast to work with! She is BEYOND talented and knows how to work a piping bag! Trust me when I say she makes it look so easy you would think you could do it….. until you actually try doing it yourself!!
Business Branding Photography Subscriptions
Elizabeth was so organized and prepared for her small business branding photography shoot. This was her first session out of four of my brand subscription sessions! My brand subscriptions are for creative small business owners who want to get strategic brand images. Images without the overwhelm of a full-day or even half-day session!
It’s the best way to get fresh and seasonal content without having to plan a year’s worth of content in a day! It’s perfect for the creative business owner who wants updated photos throughout the year to not only show their business but their personality as well.
Branding Shoot Focus
Elizabeth’s main focus when she chose to do my branding subscriptions was to get updated lifestyle shots of her new brand colors for her upcoming rebrand. Not only that but the behind-the-scenes of her work to portray her work and her personality. We planned to shoot in Kelcie Anton‘s extraordinarily gorgeous kitchen!! Mrs. Bessie Bakes Process
I was so excited when she told me she wanted me to capture her doing what she enjoys most. I loved seeing her process of baking from sketching out her designs to piping each cookie with its own unique and beautiful touches! She has such a creative eye. I couldn’t believe she was able to sketch every cookie out from scratch and then make it a reality! One thing I loved most about our small business branding photography shoot was that she highlighted a couple of local Houston vendors whose work she admired in her cookie designs. This was such a fun, personal touch to her cookies!
And of course, the cookies were delicious!! Not only was she an artist with her creations she is also a great baker!! I didn’t even want to eat the cookies because they were designed so beautifully!
Working with Elizabeth was perfectly planned and executed. She knew exactly what she wanted to capture! I loved capturing her business branding photography and am so excited to shoot more brand shoots like this one in the future!
