We could not have ordered a more beautiful day to venture down to Brazos Bend State Park for Matt and Alison’s engagement session. Although we did not see one alligator, which the park is known for, we did see a beautiful hawk on a low branch that I was able to capture a few close-ups of. The weather was absolutely perfect, not too hot or too cold, it was, as Goldilocks would say “juuust right”. Alison chose this location because she wanted a natural setting for their engagement pictures and really this park was the perfect compliment to their Spring wedding in New Orleans.
Mark and I really enjoyed hearing about how they met and all of the wedding plans and details, okay I was the one who enjoyed hearing about the details 😉 Alison has impeccable tastes, so I am sure it will be beyond beautiful.
